SamApps offers professional services in software development, mobile applications, and AI agents. The specific terms of each project, including scope, timelines, costs, and deliverables, will be defined in separate contracts or service agreements.

All our services are provided with professional diligence and quality standards expected in the industry. However, we do not guarantee that our services will meet all your requirements or be error-free, although we commit to correcting any significant defects identified during the warranty period specified in the contract.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SamApps, its directors, employees, or collaborators be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services
• • Any conduct or content of third parties on the services
• • Content obtained from the services
• • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by you to SamApps during the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

6. Confidentiality

SamApps commits to maintaining the confidentiality of all information provided by our clients. We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

For projects requiring an additional level of confidentiality, we can sign specific non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) as needed.

7. Third-Party Links

This Site may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by SamApps. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites. You acknowledge and agree that SamApps shall not be responsible, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by the use of such websites.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain, without giving effect to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute relating to these terms or the use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will attempt to provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
